- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
- Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
- Log information on calls received, where required and maintains detailed and accurate records.

- Responsible of collecting the money from The customers
- Responsible of the till, in case of a wrong cash balance she will have to settle the difference right away
- Schedule the appointments of the clients
- Call the clients if there is any delay in the appointments ? Call clients on their Birthday
- Call clients to remind them about their appointments
- In charge of the employees schedule
- Provide exceptional customer service for the client
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
- Communicate and liaise verbally, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
- To be able to give any kind of information concerning all the services that we have.
- Analyze and produce reports.
- Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
- Approve decisions, requests, expenditure and recommendations on behalf of senior people in their absence, according to agreed guidelines and policies.
